BuzzIt's profile lists can replace paper handouts, custom PDFs and websites, and are a great initial engagement point. Every attendee wants to learn about who's on stage.
You can build profiles in 3 ways:
- Send an email invite so speakers and sponsors can create their own profiles directly
- Copy info from attendee profiles, or
- Create profiles manually
Email Invite:
- Go to the profiles tab
- Click onto the appropriate list
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click the INVITE SPEAKER button
- Enter their email address
- Click INVITE
- That's it! They'll receive an email with a big button to click and will then be able to start adding profile information.
***note that as an event manager, you'll be able to edit, publish, unpublish and revoke access from all profiles***
Copy From Attendees:
1. Go to the Profiles tab on the bottom navigation, then click on the ATTENDEES tab at the top right.
2. Select a profile, then click the blue button at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Click COPY TO A PROFILE LIST
4. In the menu that pops up, click on the list that you want to copy this attendee to.
5. That's it!
***note that this is just a copy of the attendee profile data, so as an event manager you can edit or delete it without worrying about the attendee's profile data***
Manually creating profiles:
1. Go to the Profiles tab from the bottom navigation menu. Click on the blue button in the bottom right.
2. From the menu that opens, click on ADD PROFILE MANUALLY.
3. Fill in the details for this profile.
***Tip: Use the CTA (call-to-action) section to add big, clear, action buttons to profiles***
4. Click SAVE to save your changes and add this profile to the profile list.
